Main Function
An irradiation part for the Neutron Irradiation Chamber; each
part provides 16 independent irradiation slots
Each slot holds one item stack; inserted items automatically
match Neutron Irradiation recipes, and outputs replace them in
the same slot when irradiation finishes
Each irradiating slot consumes 1eV of neutron flux every 5 ticks,
and irradiation pauses if the recipe's minimum neutron flux is
not met
Each irradiation part has a neutron flux limit of 10,000keV
(10MeV)
Hatches cannot be shared with other machines
Represents whether this hatch can be shared by multiple multi-
block structures
