OpV Wireless Energy Tower Storage Unit
Energy Capacity: 16.4kA·h OpV
Throughput: 4A OpV each for input and output
Loss rate: 0.4%
With N units of this tier or higher across towers of the same
voltage tier in one dimension, each counts as N times its base
capacity
Takes effect when the tower's glass tier is at least OpV
A tower supplies its highest effective ordinary unit tier + 1; super
units do not raise its supplied voltage
