About AE2-GTO
Preface
The AE used by GTO is an unofficial version of AE2 developed by the GTO team.
This article will introduce the main features and functionalities provided by AE2-GTO.
AE Digital Input Box Enhancement
- Hold down Shift to switch the number buttons to multiplication and division.
- When entering mathematical expressions, the results support rounding: C for ceiling and F for floor.
- You can directly enter mathematical expressions with units, such as K, M, G, T, P.
- The order quantity can be entered as a larger number to exceed the INT limit.
Missing Collections and Missing Synthesis
- Missing item collection: Add missing items to the EMI bookmarks page with one tap.
- Missing crafting: Starts crafting even when materials are insufficient; missing ingredients will be queued.
Enhanced CPU synthesis interface features
- CPUs with long synthesis task durations will be prioritized.
- Yellow unpushed template shift+left click to display the coordinates of its template supplier in the info bar, which can be clicked to teleport
- Pause function: Pauses the ongoing distribution; already-pushed templates will not be withdrawn.
Synthesis Plan Interface Enhancements
-Displays the percentage of materials used in this synthesis.
(Extension) Enhanced Blocking Mode for Template Providers
- Mode 1: Prevent insertion when the container contains any content
- Mode 2: Pause transmission when a single copy of the synthetic material required by the template is present in the container.
- Mode 3: Prevent insertion when the templates are different
- Mode 4: Pause transmission after parallel dispatch if synthetic materials are present in the container.
ME 2-in-1 Terminal
- Batch Encoding: Place items with material types (such as xx plates, xx rods, etc.) into the slots, and the material type will be automatically applied to replaceable items during encoding.
- Using EMI to populate recipes: Automatically populate the recipe directory name into the search bar, then click to configure a custom directory name search mapping.
- Encode to the template management terminal: Directly encode into the blank slot on the current page.
- Item Renaming: Right-click items in the template to rename them.

Sample Upload Function
- Sample upload: Right-click the arrow to send the sample to the sample supplier/ME sample assembly.
Sample Content Management Terminal
- Dynamic template replacement: Within each configuration group, priority decreases from left to right; when a template is invoked, its content is matched and replaced according to the priority order in each group.
IO Facility Management Terminal
- Capable of real-time statistical display of throughput for various I/O interfaces
- Allows you to highlight the location of facilities in the world or remotely open their GUI interface.
- Allows freezing the view of the current facility list to prevent it from changing as facility statuses update.
(Extended) Sample Management Terminal Enhancement
- Highlight enhancement: Use colored borders instead of the original highlighting to avoid the issue in the original version where highlighted fluids are hard to see.
-QOL enhancements: Left-clicking the left arrow will highlight the Template Provider/ME Template Assembly in the world, while right-clicking will open its interface.
Miaomiao Tools - Orders
-When encoding multiple blocks from EMI, the order is automatically invoked.
- In certain situations, using it in the production line can be highly effective.
Storage Component Enhancement
- Unlimited types: Remove the original type restrictions
-Double the storage: up to twice the storage capacity of the original version
ME Supercomputer Core, Supramolecular Assembly Chamber, and ME Memory
-ME Supercomputing Core: Provides greater CPU storage capacity and a higher number of parallel threads, and can automatically allocate CPU threads.
- Super Molecular Assembly Chamber: Assembly Matrix Pro Max edition, supporting higher parallel synthesis processing and multi-threaded synthesis.
-ME Storage: An AE storage structure that breaks through the limitations of traditional types, with expandable capacity via storage cores, and can be upgraded to infinite-capacity mode.
Other minor changes/enhancements
-ME all bus enhancements: N times the original speed, capable of completing transmission tasks in an instant
- Loop Template Detection: Automatically detects loop templates and displays the loop item information in the info bar.
-ME Expansion IO Port Enhancement: Increases the speed of EAE's ME Expansion IO ports to 64 times the original.
- Quartz Cutter enhancement: Hold Shift and right-click to obtain the name of any block, and right-click an item in your inventory to copy its name.
- Pattern Modifier Pro: Automatically doubles patterns and supports batch application.
- Matter Aggregator: Removes item/fluid input rate limits
- Encoder display: Added encoder display to the processing template.
