Refactored UI code

Changed the UI style (Tech Tree version, a complete overhaul: ), it's a bit rough and needs optimization, the advantage is a very unified style

There might be some small bugs:

Data desynchronization, missing templates, UI unresponsive to clicks, item movement unresponsive, hierarchy issues, missing textures, are all phenomena that may occur (not yet discovered).
