The heater, combined with an external heat source boiler, can stably produce steam with a small amount of fuel. 250 mB of creosote can be burned for 150s.

First, place the heater (1 below), heat pipes, and external heat source boiler (4 above). Place the heat detection cover plate to the left of the heater.
Then get close to the heater, place the comparator on the ground to the left of the heater, and then place the piston in this direction.
To the left of the piston, place 3 Redstone alloy wires (Figure 1 below), or Redstone dust and cobblestone (Figure 2 below), and place 7 Redstone dust and Redstone torches along the side of the comparator.
Finally, pay attention to the 4 external heat source boilers to configure the destruction fluid, otherwise the boiler will explode if steam is not output in time.
Fill the external heat source boiler with water, fill the heater with solid or liquid fuel (creosote recommended), and let the steam eruption begin.
As the temperature approaches 600K, the output of each external heat source boiler will approach 48mB/t, which is 960mB/s.
Redstone torches can adjust the distance to adjust the temperature. The closer the torch is to the comparator, the higher the temperature will be when the piston extends to stop the heater from rising. However, the external heat source boiler will explode if the temperature exceeds 600K.
