Specific implementation method:
Main network: Concentrated Cloud Essence, Fire Water, and Lightweight Air are input into three Super Tanks through ME Output Buses; all three ME Output Buses have Redstone Cards inserted to activate when there is no redstone signal.
Super Tank: Lock the maximum storage capacity of 1B to limit the single output amount of the ME Output Bus, and all have Fluid Detection Cover Plates inserted to control the ME Output Bus of the main network.
Subnet: The ME Storage Bus accesses the three Super Tanks, and the ME Output Bus faces the input hatch of the Biological Extractor, marking Concentrated Cloud Essence, Fire Water, and Lightweight Air in order.
